Exhibitor Freight Shipment Details
- Maximum crate size allowed is 8’x 6’x 4’.
- Maximum crate weight is 500 lbs.
- All empty shipment containers, boxes, and pallets will be kept at Detroit Marriott Hotel receiving dock.
- Your shipment / container labels should have the Company Name and the Exhibitor’s Contact Name/Tel. No. Please also reference the “TPO Auto Conference” on the labels.
- Please make sure that your crate has a return label(s). You are responsible for return shipping or pick-up arrangements.
- Earliest crate arrival date:

Wednesday (10/04/23) 12:00 PM – 3:00 PM - To respect all of the attendees, speakers, and other exhibitors, and due to an integratedExpo/Technical Session floor plan, please do not tear down exhibits until the specified time to avoid disruption. If this is not possible, please contact Karen Rhodes-Parker/SPE in advance of the event to discuss so that we may propose location alternatives.
