TPO Automotive Innovative Parts Competition
2020 Nomination Instructions
This year, we will select winners in three different categories
Interior, Exterior and Under-the-Hood
Part nominations will be judged by the TPO Planning committee and select industry experts on September 9, 2020.
- Nominations will be reviewed by the TPO planning committee and a select group of judges from OEM, Tier 1’s Material Suppliers and Industry Experts.
- The nominated part must be in production from Model Year 2019 thru Model Year 2021.
- Nominations will be judged on the impact and trend-setting nature of the application.
- The nominations will be considered for innovation in the areas of design, material, manufacturing process, assembly, weight and cost reduction.
- Nominations can be made by material suppliers, Tier 1’s or OEM’s.
- Nominations must be submitted no later than September 7, 2020. A production part must be available for presentation during the judging on September 9, 2020.
- The awards will be presented on the morning of Tuesday October 6, 2020 at the TPO Conference.
